Your Help Helps Others!
House of Hope of the Pee Dee is able to help men, women and their children by the donations of the public. These donations are in several forms, each important in our ministry: monetary, physical possessions and time.
Our ministry could not run without the help and support of volunteers. Have you ever thought about helping with child care or helping tutor someone for their GED? These are just some examples of the opportunities that are needed from volunteers. If you feel led to volunteer with our ministry, please click here to complete our Volunteer Application, or click here to apply online.
The House of Hope Mission Mart depends on the support of the community. You can donate gently used clothing and other items to the Mission Mart by dropping the items in one of the drop boxes located outside of the House of Hope at 1020 W. Darlington Street or at the Mission Mart located at 2000 S. Irby Street. Items too large or heavy for the drop box? Please come inside and we will be happy to help you.
We are always in need of supplies. We always have someone who needs medical attention. There are meals to prepare, laundry to be washed, housekeeping to be completed, and groceries to be bought. We have an ongoing needs list of products that we continually use in the ministry. Please view our needs list here and prayerfully consider what you can share with those in need.
Your monetary gifts give us the ability to run the general operations of our ministry. Funds can also be designated to assist with certain projects that have been established, such as Operation Debt Free. This particular fund allows us to pay off any debt associated with our ministry. Monetary gifts can be made by mailing or delivery of funds to 1020 W. Darlington Street and the use of our coin boxes, which are located at the cash registers of Angelo's Seafood Restaurant, Thunderbird Country Buffett & Restaurant and Corona Mexican Restaurant.
